I strolled around with my camera in Seurasaari, Helsinki and found three woodpeckers but did not find anything else.

Starlings looking for something to eat in the Southern coast of Finland in the middle of January.

Mute swan families are wintering at the Southern Coast where the sea is still open.

Mallards (or Wild Duck , Anas platyrhynchos, heinäsorsa) at -9 C

There are hundreds of mallards still in the capital area even if the winter is getting tough.
